Adults need a balance of learning opportunities, worship, fellowship, and service to others to grow spiritually.  We offer a variety of opportunities, including

     ●  Seminars and Retreats (Mo-Ranch, Cursillo)

Learning Opportunities

At First Presbyterian Church, we offer a wide range of opportunities to promote lifelong learning and discipleship

Church School Classes for adults - Sundays at 9:45 a.m.

     ●  Disciples - Teaching/discussion format and is Scripturally-based
     ●  Fellowship - Discussion format
     ●  Friendship - Discussion format
     ●  Seekers - Bible study and discussion of practical topics such as parenting and
         facing the challenges of living a Christian life.  Videos and book reviews in a
         discussion format.
     ●   Men's Bible Class - study of the New Testament using Barclay's commentaries
          ●   Agape - Lecture format

Presbyterian Women - meet September-May and invite women of all ages to join in a monthly Bible study.  Occasional presentations on topics of interest.

Women's Bible Study - this class is composed of a diverse group of women in an in-depth study.  All women are invited to participate.

Presbyterian Cursillo - a faith renewal weekend retreat where participants form a small Christian community, worship and study together, and communicate with one another in order to gain a personal, living awareness of their faith, and the joys and responsibilities such a faith brings.

Opportunities for outreach and service are in ready supply at
First Presbyterian Church.  From working in our own kitchen to mission work trips, adults of all ages find ways to serve the community.
