From the January 10, 2012 Session meeting: the following motions carried—

Congregational meeting will be held Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 9:45 a.m. to elect three members from the church at large to serve on the Church Officer Nominating Committee

Upcoming session meeting dates were changed from February 14 to 21 and from March 13 to 20

A mission contingency fund of $6500 was set up under benevolence

Approved revised budget with deficit of negative $48,982

Approved Jill Littlejohn and Steve Mason as voting commissioners at February 25 meeting of Grace Presbytery to be held at Northpark Presbyterian Church in Dallas
