Children & Youth

Children's Choir
Choirs for all children pre-kindergarten through 5th grade which meet on Wednesday evenings during the school year. This is an excellent introduction to singing as the children explore all areas of preparing to sing anthems for worship.

Youth Choir
Open to all students 6th through 12th grades. Rehearsals are conveniently planned right before Youth Fellowship each week and we use this time to prepare anthems to sing in worship at the 11:00 AM Worship Service the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Youth Band
is a small select ensemble of 6-8 students in 6th-12th grades who are experienced musicians who want the extra challenge and are willing to give the extra time required to perform each Sunday during youth fellowship.  Audition is required.

Adult

Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir is a group of volunteers that provides the primary leadership for music for the 11:00 Traditional Service. Rehearsal is each Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 PM. This choir is open to any to attend although being able to match pitch is a must and some ability to read music is helpful. The Chancel Choir sings many styles of music from the great choral standards to modern compositions. The Chancel Choir prepares and performs 2 major works each year typically during Advent and Holy Week.

Adult Handbell Choirs
We currently have 2 adult handbell ensembles, one meeting Wednesday morning (The Carillon), and one meeting Monday evening (The Chancel Bells). Both groups enjoy preparing music for worship and special services as well as ringing at local handbell festivals and clinics. These groups are open to those with a desire to ring and who have basic music reading skills. No prior handbell experience is necessary.
