Theology on Tap takes place the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM at downtown's Oil Horse Brewery. First Presbyterian Church is one of the founding hosts and partners with the Oil Horse Brewing team, local Presbyterian, Baptist, Episcopalian, Christian, Methodist and nondenominational churches as well as speakers with deep interest in and expertise of various topics. The discussions are honest, heartfelt, often lively and always open eyes and hearts. 

 

During each Theology on Tap gathering, local pastors lead a researched and balanced panel discussion on timely topics and issues through the lens of Christianity. With the motto that "we can disagree without being disagreeable," Theology on Tap is a safe place for Christians to hear the perspectives of local ministry leaders and to have small group discussions on topics that may otherwise be uncomfortable.
