Presbyterian Women (PW)
Our Presbyterian Women (PW) of First Presbyterian Church, Longview strive
to build an inclusive caring community that strengthens our local church, as
well as the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). We have morning and evening Circles
that meet monthly September through May to nurture our faith through
fellowship and Bible Study.
PW uses the Horizons Bible studies and supports our church family in
times of celebration as well as bereavement. Through teamwork, we are
able to support the various activities of our church. All women who are
members or friends of First Presbyterian Church are invited and encouraged
to become part of Presbyterian Women and to join one of our Circle groups.
Presbyterian Men
The men of the church seek to foster the spiritual development of the men of our church by establishing and building upon individual knowledge of the Scriptures and developing friendships through social events, prayer, study and volunteerism.

Each year, the men of the church host the Rally Day Breakfast as the kickoff to Sunday School. They also host an annual Fish Fry (and unofficial gumbo competition!) and travel to Mo-Ranch for the Men's Retreat each spring.
